Enjoy a full English breakfast, cooked to order consisting of:
Dalton dry cured back bacon (supplied by Aurthur Haigh, Dalton, Thirsk, N.Yorks)
Pork sausage (supplied by Wayside Farm, Whitby Road, Cloughton, N.Yorks)
Black pudding (from the Vale of Mowbray, Leeming Bar, N.Yorks)
Egg - poached, scrambled, fried (supplied by Chris Noble, Sleights, N.Yorks)
Beans, Tomato and Mushrooms
Fish option
If you would like to have the fish option, it must be pre-ordered the day before
Local smoked salmon (from Steve Boococks, Sandgate, Whitby) served with scrambled eggs on hot buttered toast.
Something lighter
Beans, or Eggs of your liking served on hot buttered toast
Bacon or Sausage bap.
Vegetarian option
A delicious vegetarian option is also available but must be pre-ordered
