Frank & I could not find any fault at all with our stay at The Leeway.
We have never stayed in a B & B that was so clean and payed attention to detail ie toiletries ect The detail to the colour scheme was superb, loved the way you made the bed!!! Breakfast was well cooked & well served.

Karen & Garry were very welcoming & friendly. The breakfast was superb & the accommodation excellent. Garry has an excellent manner & its nice to have him remember your name & address you personally. A very nice place to stay.

Garry & his wife are two of the nicest people you couls wish for, nothing was any trouble to them. Everything was spot on. I can recommend The Leeway to anybody who wishes to stay in Whitby. It was excellent.

The attention to detail & thoughtful extras set "The Leeway" apart - eg. wine glasses & corkscrew, toiletry dispenser in shower, the offer of fresh milk - the list goes on. A proper hairdryer was very welcome too! But overall, the friendly atmosphere & a much needed cup of tea on arrival were the best. Thanks very much, we hope to visit again.

When I rang to enquire about booking, I was impressed by the friendley manner my enquiry was dealt with. A prompt confirmation letter by return, Warm efficient welcome, "everything you need is available at breakfast".
Everything from the very warm and welcoming meeting with Garry, to the attention to the smallest details such as the toiletries. Not to mention the brilliant breakfast, all went to making our stay excellent.
Very professional service - with standards that at the very least match that of a hotel, & in many ways is far superior. Would recommend to others. Thank you.

Your decor in Room 6 is Superb. It's as good if not better than any of the excellent hotels that we've stayed in.
